📋 Description

• Create and develop a concierge services business under the ALB brand in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Expand your managed property portfolio and generate recurring revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is an advantage but not required • No investment required • Full training provided
