📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business in your area

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and determination to develop an independent business • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome but not required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
