They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Strong motivation • The independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • No investment required
