📋 Description

• Create and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business and generate recurring revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • No specific diploma, certification, or educational level required • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome but not required
