ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Monitor operations through the ALB platform and receive property-owner inquiries in your area

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a recurring long-term income • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
