They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by the business • Develop a short-term rental management business in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • A high degree of autonomy, supported by a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is preferred but not required • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
