📋 Description

• Create and develop your own concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your mentorship • Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • You have experience in real estate, sales, or another industry • Highly motivated • Able to work independently as a self-employed professional • Self-employed status • No investment required
