📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner requests in your area • Monitor the business in real time via the ALB platform

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Independence, with the ability to leverage the support of a structured network • No specific degree or experience explicitly required • No investment required
