📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners wishing to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team, including cleaning and maintenance staff • Manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and handle property-owner inquiries in your area • Monitor and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry • Highly motivated • Enjoy the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Interested in building a recurring income stream over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
