📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and determination to build a recurring long-term income • Self-directed approach, with the ability to benefit from the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is a plus but not required • No specific degree, certification, or number of years of experience required • Start at your own pace
