📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop your territory and implement the ALB business model

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and determination to build a recurring, long-term income • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • No investment required • Full training included
