📋 Description

• Grow the local business by acquiring new properties for management • Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations operations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Potentially recruit City Managers under a sponsorship arrangement and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
