ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the local market by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service-provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their business activity
