They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties on a day-to-day basis • Schedule services and coordinate contractors • Ensure property maintenance and quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from end to end • Gradually expand the portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity
