ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations, manage service providers, and ensure quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from end to end • Gradually expand the portfolio of managed properties • Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties • Recruit City Managers under your referral sponsorship, if desired, and earn commissions on their activity

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • Independence preferred, with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
