ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations and manage service providers • Oversee maintenance and quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from start to finish • Gradually grow the portfolio of managed properties • Run the business through the ALB platform • Delegate management of your property portfolio to the ALB network during periods of absence • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired, and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and willingness to build a recurring long-term income • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment combined with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
