ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations, manage service providers, oversee maintenance, and uphold quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from start to finish • Gradually expand the portfolio of managed properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the network during absences • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity, if desired

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and commitment to building a recurring income over the long term • Autonomy with the support of a structured network • Comprehensive training included; no specific industry experience required • Start at your own pace
