📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations, manage service providers, and ensure quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from end to end • Gradually grow the portfolio of managed properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Delegate management of your property portfolio to the network during absences • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector • Motivation and desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
