📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Fully manage operations: scheduling, service providers, maintenance, and quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the end-to-end guest experience • Gradually grow the portfolio of managed properties • Receive property owner inquiries in your area and manage the business through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Comprehensive training included • No investment required
