📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Plan operations, manage service providers, and ensure quality standards • Optimize occupancy rates and pricing • Manage the guest experience from end to end • Gradually grow the portfolio of managed properties • Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Interest in building a recurring, long-term income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome; no specific industry experience required • Comprehensive training included • No investment required
