ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business • Organize your schedule freely and work from the location of your choice, combining remote work with field activities

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive skills: able to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional fields • Eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality work • Able to organize your time independently • Self-employed status • Start date at your convenience
