ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Develop the local market commercially by bringing new properties under management • Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate property portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System • Potentially recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and desire to build a long-term recurring income • Interest in or potential experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
