ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate property portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Build a managed property portfolio generating recurring commissions • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of an established network • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome, but no specific experience is explicitly required
