ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the network’s local representative in the city and surrounding areas • Grow the business in the region by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage and coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
