📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in Menton and the surrounding areas • Drive business development in the area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Manage cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service-provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and manage a portfolio of properties • Opportunity to build a team of City Managers under a sponsorship arrangement
