📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Manage the property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as the ALB point of contact in your area • Organize your schedule independently and work from a location of your choice, with some on-site presence

🎯 Requirements

• Status: Independent contractor • Persuasive skills: able to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds and industries • Eager to learn and committed to doing quality work • Self-motivated and autonomous • No specific degree or prior experience explicitly required
