📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Grow the business in your territory by bringing new properties under management • Oversee property operations, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally build a team of City Managers through sponsorship • Earn commissions on the activity of sponsored City Managers

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Self-motivated and autonomous, with an independent mindset • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
