They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the local market by onboarding new properties for management • Manage the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is preferred but not required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
