ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Act as ALB network's local point of contact for Paimpol and surrounding areas • Commercially develop the area by onboarding new properties into management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations • Optimize revenue using yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel • Coordinate and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences using ALB's Système Vacances • Build a portfolio of managed properties generating recurring fees • Potentially recruit and sponsor City Managers and earn commissions on their activity
