ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• As an ALB City Manager, you are the local point of contact for the network in your city and surrounding area. • You manage your territory like your own business. • Business development: onboarding new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical properties) • Operational management of your portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, guest relations • Revenue optimization: yield management, multi-listing on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel (Vrbo) • Coordinating and managing your local network of service providers • Delegation possible during your absences thanks to ALB's Vacation System

• You can persuade property owners and build trust with them • You may come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality/restaurant, etc.): your motivation is what counts • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
