📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Self-employed / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and commitment to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
