They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and grow your own concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Option to build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand • Manage guest stays for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry • Highly motivated • Enjoy the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Interested in building a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
