📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations • Become the ALB point of contact in your local area • Manage your property portfolio as your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely • Work partly remotely and partly in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Status: Self-employed • Persuasive skills: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds • Eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality work • Able to organize your time independently • Ability to work with established, proven processes • Comprehensive in-house training provided
