📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn monthly fees from the operation of guest stays

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and independence as a self-employed professional • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
