📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector • Motivation to develop your own business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a recurring, long-term income • No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience explicitly required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
