They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business and optimize property owners’ revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Desire to work independently with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a recurring, long-term income stream • No initial investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
