They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and secure management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Monitor operations through the ALB platform and receive property-owner inquiries in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and willingness to build an independent business • Interest in generating long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome; no specific experience is required • No specific degree, certification, or minimum number of years of experience required
