ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure service agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn between 75% and 85% of the concierge services commissions generated by your business

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, backed by the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income stream • Self-employed status • No investment required
