📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge company in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by your business • Develop a portfolio of managed properties and benefit from the buyout of your contracts when leaving the network

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Background in real estate, sales, or another sector welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income stream • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
