📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship • Grow a portfolio of managed properties and build a business generating recurring commissions

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience explicitly required • Comprehensive training included • No investment required
