📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and sign management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your mentorship • Grow a portfolio of managed properties and recurring revenue
