ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a business generating recurring revenue from property management agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the independence of self-employment with the support of a structured network • No specific industry experience required: real estate, sales, or other backgrounds accepted • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
