They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Create and develop your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn a commission on the business generated by the City Managers you sponsor

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Highly motivated • Independent-minded and self-directed • Self-employed status • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
