ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge services business in your area • Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage short-term rental operations and optimize property owners’ revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Ability to work independently with the support of an established network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Comprehensive training provided; no specific experience or degree explicitly required
