ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Monitor operations in real time via the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
