📋 Description

• Create and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop and implement the ALB model in your area

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Independent working style with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
