📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business and optimize property owners’ revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest or experience in real estate, sales, or another sector • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
