They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the entire guest stay experience through short-term rental management

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Strong motivation • The autonomy of an independent business owner, backed by a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income stream • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
