They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow a property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a recurring income stream over the long term • No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience explicitly required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
