📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is accepted • Motivation • Autonomy and a desire to build recurring, long-term income • No initial investment required
