📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow your property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area via the ALB platform • Delegate the management of your portfolio to the ALB network during your absences
