They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Where applicable, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner requests in your area through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
