📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow a property concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

• Independent contractor / entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Autonomy, with the support of a structured network • No specific degree, experience, or certification explicitly required • Start at your own pace
