They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign management mandates with property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and process property-owner inquiries in your area • Monitor and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and willingness to build a recurring long-term income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
