ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Create and grow your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance staff) • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry • Motivated and driven • Enjoy the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Interested in building a long-term recurring income stream • Status: Independent contractor • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
