ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is an asset • Motivation • Entrepreneurial independence • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
