ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the entrepreneurial activity and short-term property management contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Desire for the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • No investment required
