They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team (cleaning and maintenance staff) • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn monthly fees from the operation of stays • Manage your business through the ALB platform

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You come from a real estate, sales, or entirely different background • Motivation • The autonomy of an independent business owner, with the support of a structured network • A desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Self-employed status • No investment required
