📋 Description

• Create and develop your own property concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop your own business under the ALB brand as an independent entrepreneur

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry • Motivation and the desire to build a recurring income over the long term • The autonomy of an independent entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
