📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Build a portfolio of managed properties and develop a highly profitable business with recurring revenue
