ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by your business

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and autonomy suited to independent work • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
