ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team, including cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by your business

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have experience in real estate, sales, or an entirely different sector, such as hairdressing, management, or hospitality • Motivation and the ability to build an independent business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Wish to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
